ARE DEUTZEN GMBH (ARE) CONTINUED THE SUCCESSFUL OPERATION OF ITS THERMAL SOIL TREATMENT FACILITY IN THE 2014 FINANCIAL YEAR, ACHIEVING REVENUE OF €11.5 MILLION. THE CONSISTENTLY HIGH DEMAND FOR EXCELLENT SERVICES FOR THE CLEANING OF CONTAMINATED SOILS IS REFLECTED IN THE COMPANY'S DECISION TO OPEN A NEW BONN OFFICE IN JANUARY, WHICH IS RUN BY DIPL.-GEOL. JÜRGEN THIEL.
The company’s order books are brimming, and it has emerged successful from major tenders this year as well. Only a few days ago, ARE placed the winning bid for the remediation of contaminated deposits at the special contaminant landfill in Zichow (Brandenburg) as part of a consortium with Lobbe and Bauer. Within this consortium, ARE is responsible for disposing of the soil in its treatment facility.
ARE is responding to the increasing number of enquiries from industrial customers by expanding its portfolio of services to include ambitious and complex projects in the field of environmental remediation. Responsibility for this business unit, with its focus on material flow management and the remediation of contaminated sites, has been placed in the capable hands of Dipl.-Ing. Martin Krumbügel. Mr Krumbügel, who has longstanding experience and an excellent reputation in the area of environmental remediation, started this position in Deutzen on 1 May.
