Effective 16 December 2013, all shares in eneotech Entsorgungsdienstleistungen GmbH were sold to the independent financial investor ARE Beteiligungen GmbH and the management team. Dipl.-Ing. Manfred Garrels, who has enjoyed considerable success as chief operating officer of eneotech Entsorgungsdienstleistungen GmbH since 2006, was also appointed managing director of the new majority shareholder.
